About My Experiences
Date Las Vegas Kate offers authentic, platonic social experiences designed around conversation, adventure, dining, entertainment, and creating memorable moments. Every experience is unique and customized whenever possible.
Booking a date or experience does not create any expectation of romance, intimacy, exclusivity, or future meetings.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to book an experience or use paid services offered through this website.
By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability or acceptance.
All bookings are subject to screening, scheduling, and mutual agreement.
I reserve the right to decline any booking request for any reason.
Deposits & Payment
Some experiences require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and time.
The remaining balance, if applicable, will be discussed during the booking process.
Payment instructions will be provided after a booking has been approved.
Respect & Conduct
Mutual respect is expected at all times.
Anyone displaying aggressive, abusive, threatening, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may have their experience ended immediately without refund.
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate any experience if I feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Transportation & Expenses
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for any agreed-upon activity expenses, including admission tickets, meals, parking, transportation, or other costs associated with the planned experience.
If travel outside my normal service area is requested, additional travel fees may apply.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, written content, graphics, logos, and other materials on this website are the property of DateLasVegasKate.com unless otherwise noted.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
